Bradshaw leads TPA Realty Services with an extensive commercial real estate career primarily focused in the marketing and development of office properties for major corporate and government users.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Bradshaw possesses more than 25 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, working in major markets throughout the United States including Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Washington, D.C., New York, and Los Angeles.

MAJOR TRANSACTIONS
-- Managed the restructuring, marketing, advisory services, and sale of The Waters, a 1,200 acre, master]planned community in
Montgomery, AL.
-- Initiated a relationship with IBM Corporation which resulted in over 3 million SF of leases and JV partnerships.
Structured a joint venture with IBM Corporation for the
development of the 1.1 million SF landmark Atlantic Center project in Midtown Atlanta. This project eventually sold for a record price per SF.
-- Arranged a partnership with the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) of The City of Atlanta for the development of the Atlanta Federal Center, a 1.6 million SF development for the General Services Administration (GSA) with a very complex financing structure for $260 million through a tax exempt bond offering.
-- Acquired the 50 acre, 500,000 SF Cumberland Office Park and
rezoned for redevelopment of 2.5 million SF.
-- Spearheaded major tenant negotiations, land acquisitions,
entitlement, architect and contractor selection, project budgeting, marketing and sales activities for over 4 million sf of office developments in Atlanta and Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia markets.

POSITIONS HELD
Prior to joining TPA, Bradshaw served as Managing Director of Bullock Mannelly Partners, Inc. and was a founding principal of Prentiss Properties Limited, where he also served as Executive Vice President. Bradshaw founded Progressive Turf, LLC in 1997 a company he still owns. In addition, he served as Senior Vice President for Cadillac Fairview Urban Development, where he was in charge of leasing and marketing activities nationwide, and held leasing and marketing positions with Ackerman and Company, Trizec Southern Ltd. and Ackerman/Adair Realty.
