TPA REALTY SERVICES' ROLE
David Willey is responsible for company's assets under management at its 5 developments - Technology Park/Atlanta, Johns Creek, The Bluffs, Stanton Springs, Interstate Centre II and Highland 75 - as well as its third-party projects. He is responsible for all financial reporting, including quarterly reporting, annual budgets, five year plans and year end audits. He also works closely with lenders, third party landlords and joint venture partners.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Dave began his career with Alexander, Grant & Company where his portfolio of real estate audit clients heavily influenced his decision to focus on the real estate industry when he decided to leave public accounting.
He joined AFCO Realty in 1982 as their controller, where his accounting skills focused on the commercial leasing side of business for the next two years. In 1984, Dave joined TPA Realty Services as a Controller.
Dave was promoted to Vice President in 1993 and Senior Vice President in 1999. He was responsible for TPA's financial reporting to its former UK-based parent company, P & O Company. He oversees an accounting staff of five professionals as well as the administration group.
