TPA REALTY SERVICES ROLE
Rees Waite manages the investment land assets at Technology Park/Atlanta in Norcross, Ga., and Technology Park at Johns Creek in Johns Creek, Ga. He also works closely with governmental agencies and key community stakeholders.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Rees began his career with Holder Construction Company of Atlanta where he was a Project Manager for ten years. Then from 1994 to 1997 he was the Senior Development Director for Holder Properties Atlanta. Immediately proceeding his move to TPA Realty Services, Rees was the Director of Corporate Services Division of Patton Construction Company in Atlanta.
In addition to his current projects, Rees has been involved in numerous development and construction projects totaling over 3.7 million square feet.
Major TPA projects include several large office buildings in Johns Creek and Technology Park/Atlanta; corporate headquarters for Novartis Ophthalmics, Ciba Vision, SAIA, ARRIS, Antec Technologies, Nextel, Verizon and United Healthcare.
Rees's notable projects prior to joining TPA include corporate headquarters for Walt Disney World, Delta Airlines, Turner Broadcasting, Chase Bank of Florida., Georgia Center for Advanced Telecommunications Technology, Mercer University, the Rome Forum & Floyd County Government Center, and Allstate Regional Administration Center.
