TPA REALTY SERVICES ROLE
Peter McGuone works with Bryan Heller and Heather Lamb to forward the strategic marketing and leasing initiatives for TPA's third-party projects, representing the interests of institutional third-party clients such as AEW, Lasalle's I&G Fund, Invesco, Great Point, Grove Street Partners, Embry Office Properties and Piedmont Office Realty Trust.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Peter has been instrumental in propelling TPA's leasing and marketing production since joining the company in 2007, helping the company achieve completed transactions of nearly 3 million square feet and $250 million in aggregate lease volume.

Before joining TPA, Peter served as senior leasing associate at Transwestern, where he was responsible for generating more than 150 lease transactions in excessof 400,000 square feet at an aggregate lease value of almost $50 million.

AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION
Peter is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), has served as Director on the Young Council of Realtors, and is a member of NAIOP. In 2006, he was named a CoStar Power Broker for the Atlanta market and Young Realtor of the Year by ACBR in 2008. Peter is a member ACBR and NAIOP's respective "Million Dollar" Clubs.

EDUCATION
Peter earned a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University in 1999.
